What is Departly?
Departly is a web-based customer relationship management application created by HITGOC for travel agencies and travel sales teams. It centralizes lead capture, campaign field mapping, agent assignment, follow-up scheduling, quotations, customer decisions, payments, revenue, profit, and team performance reporting.
Administrators can optionally connect their Google account to import leads from spreadsheets they select. Departly uses that authorized Google Sheets data only to create or update CRM leads requested by the administrator.

How Departly uses Google data
When an admin connects Google Sheets, Departly accesses only the spreadsheets they authorize. Selected sheet rows are read to create and update CRM leads for the configured campaign. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
