By accessing or using the Travel CRM web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Travel CRM is a software-as-a-service platform designed for travel agencies and travel professionals to manage leads, itineraries, bookings, communications, and related business operations. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including Meta / Facebook products, subject to their respective terms and policies.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

4. Use of Third-Party APIs (including Meta)

When you connect third-party services (such as Meta / Facebook, WhatsApp Business, messaging or ad platforms), you authorize us to access and process data from those services solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you connect, including Meta Platform Policies. You must not use the Service to circumvent or violate any platform rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service, including lead and customer information. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Subscription, Fees, and Trials

If applicable, details such as subscription plans, billing cycles, and trial periods will be provided in a separate commercial agreement or on the pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law or third-party platform policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
